What this covers

This policy describes how Kosh Games handles personal data on this website and in games we publish. It is written in plain language on purpose. It is a design prototype placeholder and will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

What we collect

On this website: anonymous, aggregated page statistics. No advertising trackers, no profile building, no cross-site identifiers.

In our games: an account identifier if you sign in with Google or Apple, your saved progress, and basic technical diagnostics such as device model and crash reports.

Why we hold it

To restore your progress on a new device, to fix crashes, and to answer support messages you send us. That is the complete list.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to build behavioural profiles.

How long we keep it

Save data is kept while your account exists. Diagnostics are kept for a limited window and then discarded. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it and confirm by email.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is also available directly through the delete-my-data page.
